Yes – We offer free in-home consultations to provide you with a comprehensive quote for your project. We’ll measure, advise on the best lift & options for each space, and bring the sample books you are interested in to select the perfect window treatments for your project.
No – Our quotes are inclusive of shipping and installation so you will know exactly what your new window treatments project will cost. And warranty service is included for our clients as well.
Currently Lead Times vary greatly depending on manufacturer and type of window treatment you are ordering. We can advise you of the estimated lead times when we put together your quote. If you need your shades sooner than later, we can assist you in selecting options that are estimated to be shipped in 2 -3 weeks vs longer lead times for other products.
Currently, we recommend you call ahead to ensure that we are available to assist you and are not with any other clients or out in the field.
Currently, we are only accepting warranty repairs, for clients who directly purchased their window treatments from us. The label on the headrail (top of the shade) will have your Aloha Blinds order information such as order number and purchase date, which we need to order any parts and to provide warranty service.
We recommend letting us professionally measure for your project to ensure accuracy and optimal operation. However, if you would like a quick estimate for your project, bring us your measurements, (width X height) and we can give you a good estimate of the project cost.
