Aloha Blinds & Designs – Limited Lifetime Warranty

Limited Lifetime Warranty from Aloha Blinds & Designs:  warrants that your window coverings will be free from defects in materials and operating mechanisms for as long as the original purchaser owns the product.  Aloha Blinds & Designs  will repair or replace the window covering product or its components found to be defective. Repairs will be made with like or similar parts or products.

Century Blinds – 7 year warranty on operational cords from date of purchase.
Hunter Douglas – 7 year warranty on operational cords from date of purchase, Motorization components are covered for 5 years.
Graber – 3 year warranty on operating cords from date of purchase.

To obtain warranty service, please contact Aloha Blinds & Designs (541)317-4684.  We will work with the manufacturer to promptly repair or replace any defective parts or components.  All warranty claims must be accompanied by original proof of purchase (receipt) as well as details of the problem. This warranty does not apply to conditions caused by normal wear & tear upon the product, the cost of removal, and re-installation by our technicians, nor does it cover shipping/freight expenses to transport treatment(s) to and from warranty fulfillment center.

**This warranty does not cover any conditions or damages resulting from normal wear & tear, accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, pet damage, exposure to the elements, excessive humidity, excessive dust, fur or dirt, fading or discoloration over time, or failure to follow our instructions with regards to operating, cleaning and/or maintenance. This warranty does not transfer from original owner and does not cover any condition or damage resulting from removal of the product or re-installation by the customer.

This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other obligations, liabilities or warranties. In no event shall Aloha Blinds & Designs, or its licensed fabricators/distributors be liable or responsible for incidental or consequential damages or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this exclusion or limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
